Simple. Fast. Delicious. Healthy.

The humble cannellini bean probably isn’t a staple in your diet, unless your Italian, but you should get to know this superfood.

Cannellini beans have a low glycemic index score of just 31 – meaning they metabolize slowly, maintaining your energy and blood sugar levels over time.

Cannellini beans also have high molybdenum content – a key, but often overlooked, trace element that plays a vital role in detoxifying the body.

Enjoy as a side dish, sprinkle into a salad, or prep in under 5 minutes as a healthy mid-day snack to keep you going strong all afternoon.

You can double the recipe and keep a bowl in the refrigerator. Trust us, once you’ve tried this recipe once, you will plan on doubling the recipe next time!
