Avoid the Use of Aluminum Foil!  Most roasted garlic recipes call fo r the use of aluminum foil.

We do NOT recommend the use of aluminum foil or aluminum cooking utensils, pots, pans  or containers as aluminum is known to accumulate in the brain and is linked to neurologic diseases.

Aluminum is considered a toxic metal and does not belong in contact with your food.

Parchment paper is a perfect safe and non -toxic alternative to aluminum foil.
